A) Disclosure / Affiliate Policy

B) Digital Delivery Policy (Digital-Only)

What we deliver

All products sold via store.datlynn.com are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. This may include e-books, templates, downloads, access pages/member areas, and services such as strategy sessions, hour packs, or custom digital builds.

No physical shipping applies.

How delivery works

• Digital downloads/access: access is provided via an access page, your account area, and/or by email shortly after payment.

• Services: session links, onboarding steps, and deliverables are scheduled or fulfilled as described on the product page and/or agreed after purchase.

• Custom digital builds: delivery timelines depend on scheduling and on receiving your required inputs (for example links, button names, or brand files).

When delivery is considered complete

Digital delivery is considered completed once access is delivered. “Access delivered” may include a download link, an access page, a delivered file, or login/access being enabled.

Delivery timing

• Access is typically available within minutes of successful payment.

• If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, first check spam/junk and any secondary inbox tabs. Then contact [email protected] so we can restore access.

Customer responsibility

• You are responsible for providing the correct email address at checkout.

• You are responsible for saving your access email and/or bookmarking your access page.

• For services or custom builds, you are responsible for providing accurate inputs needed to deliver the work (as listed on the product page or in onboarding instructions).

• Delays caused by missing, incorrect, or late customer inputs are not the responsibility of Datlynn and may shift the delivery timeline.
