Scope
This policy applies to purchases on store.datlynn.com. We offer digital products (e-books, resources) and services (e.g., strategy sessions, social media strategy/management, hour packs). We do not sell physical goods.
A) Digital products
• All sales are final once access is delivered.
• Technical issues: if you cannot download or access your files, email [email protected] within 7 days; we’ll restore access or provide a replacement file.
• EU/UK right of withdrawal: you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal, your order becomes final once access is provided. If you have NOT accessed or downloaded the content and wish to withdraw within 14 days, email [email protected] with your order number.
B) Services (e.g., Social Media Strategy & Management)
• Cooling-off (EEA/UK consumers): 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts.
• If you request that we start the service within those 14 days, we may begin immediately. If you then withdraw after we’ve started, you will pay proportionate costs for work already performed up to the time you informed us.
• Once a service is fully performed within the 14-day period at your express request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
• Scheduling: strategy sessions can be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice; no-shows or <24h cancellations are non-refundable.
• Monthly management: you may cancel for the next billing cycle per your plan’s notice period. Fees already incurred in the current cycle remain payable.
How to request support or a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, banks/card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
